Science, precision & care

Our Solutions

Custom orthotics that go far beyond comfort insoles. Understand the science, the technology, and the precision process behind every UNIKFEET orthotic.

Why do feet need orthotic support?

Your feet are the foundation of everything. Each foot contains 26 bones, 33 joints, and more than 100 muscles, tendons, and ligaments. They absorb roughly 1.5× your body weight with every step: and far more when running.

When the mechanics of the foot are misaligned: whether from genetics, lifestyle, injury, or age: the entire kinetic chain is affected. Pain doesn't just stay in the foot. It travels to the ankle, knee, hip, and spine.

Custom orthotics reposition the foot in its ideal functional alignment, correcting the root cause rather than masking the symptom.

Without and with orthotics

Custom vs. Off-the-shelf

The difference isn't just comfort: it's whether the orthotic actually treats your foot or just adds generic cushioning.

Off-the-Shelf Insoles

Designed for an average foot: which yours is not

Adds cushioning but doesn't correct biomechanical issues

No clinical assessment: treats symptom, not cause

No follow-up or adjustment

Can worsen the condition if used incorrectly

UNIKFEET Custom Orthotics

The assessment process

Every orthotic begins with a thorough three-step clinical assessment: no guesswork, no generic assumptions.

01

Visual Postural Stance Analysis

Dr. Brackenbury evaluates your static posture and stance: identifying misalignments, compensations, and structural patterns that affect your gait and pain.

02

Gait Analysis on Treadmill

Dynamic gait analysis on a treadmill reveals how your foot moves under load: capturing pronation, supination, heel strike pattern, and stride asymmetries in real time.

03

Podoscope Analysis

The podoscope provides a precise pressure map of your foot while bearing weight: quantifying arch height, pressure distribution, and contact surface with scientific accuracy.

The technology behind your orthotic

Based on your assessment, Dr. Brackenbury selects the most appropriate technology for your specific condition, lifestyle, and footwear needs.

For Children

V2 Technology - Fast Correction for Children

The V2 technology is a proprietary thermoformable system designed to correct pediatric flat foot conditions. The material allows precise manual shaping of the insole to achieve the desired biomechanical correction. The process is completed within 10 minutes, enabling immediate fitting and use. Designed for children, sizes EU 23 to 35.

For Adults

Lenz Technology - Everyday Comfort & Performance

Engineered in Austria, Lenz technology embodies the perfect balance of innovation and sophistication. Its ultra-thin, multi-layer construction delivers exceptional comfort while subtly enhancing performance. Discreet and versatile, it integrates seamlessly into any shoe. Designed for sizes EU 33 to 47.

Gold Standard

3D Premium Technology - Medical-Grade Precision

This technology integrates 3D laser scanning, digital modeling, and CAD/CAM manufacturing to produce fully customized orthotic insoles. Following a clinical assessment, foot geometry is captured and digitally corrected to address specific pathologies. Insoles are milled from multi-density EVA to ensure precise load distribution and durability. Production time is 48 hours. Sizes EU 29 to 50.

We don't stop at the fitting.

Unlike generic insole suppliers, UNIKFEET provides structured follow-up at 4 weeks and 12 weeks post-fitting. As your body adapts, your orthotic may need fine adjustments. We're here to ensure your results are long-lasting and clinically sound: without ever calling it medical treatment, because what we offer is expert orthotic care at the highest standard.
